Capitalized terms that are not defined in these Organiser Refund Policy Requirements have the definition provided in the Terms of Service or the Merchant Agreement. The rights and obligations contained in these Requirements are in addition to and are incorporated into the Terms of Service and Merchant Agreement by reference.
